Termination of Service
You may terminate service at any time by written request to TDS. If you terminate your service with TDS within five days of the acceptance of your service application, all funds paid up to that point will be immediately returned to you. If you end your service with TDS after the five-day period has passed, no refund will be due but the balance in your settlement account (if any), after all fees have been collected by TDS, will be returned to you.
We may withdraw our service for any of the following reasons: if you fail to have funds available for the monthly deposit into your settlement account, fail to pay TDS' fees, if you negotiate with creditors on your own in violation your service agreement, if you misrepresent or fail to disclose any material facts concerning your financial condition, if you act contrary to TDS' advice, if you do not respond to TDS' communications in a timely manner, or if anything else occurs that in TDS' judgment impairs an effective relationship. If your service is ended by TDS no refund is due but the balance in your settlement account (if any), after all fees have been collected by TDS, will be returned to you.
