Orientation
The first step of The Debt Solution debt settlement program is a thorough orientation of every client. The purpose of the orientation is to ensure that you thoroughly understand the program and know what to expect over the next several months. We want to ensure that all questions and concerns you might have are addressed in the orientation and that this step is accomplished as early as possible. When a couple enrolls on our program we try to ensure this orientation step is done with each partner. It's best if you and your partner are available at the same time for the orientation. If this cannot be arranged we can do separate calls for each person's orientation. This step is so important that if you have not gotten your orientation by the time you are reading this manual, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 581-7382 right away.
