Enrollment Criteria
The Debt Solution (TDS) has very specific qualifications for our program. Clients that fit our program:
- Are either already falling behind on payments or, if current, cannot stay current on their unsecured debt.
- Can put enough toward settlements to handle debt in approx 36 months. (We accept clients on longer programs, but 36 months (or less) is considered optimum.)
Typically they:
- Have some hardship situation
- Don't qualify for a Debt Management Program (also known as Consumer Credit Counseling or CCC program)
- Don't want to file for bankruptcy
