Electronic Communications Policy
In order to keep the costs of our program as low as we can, we have adopted the following electronic communications policy.
- Consent to Receive Documents Electronically
In order to receive documents from us electronically, you must consent to the electronic delivery. Those documents might include our privacy or other notices, agreements, account records, disclosures, correspondence, or other records. Your consent to delivery of documents applies only to documents and records pertaining to your account with The Debt Solution. Your consent, which you may give by clicking on the "I Agree" icon below, permits the following forms of delivery:
- Our posting of documents on our Web site, or
- Our e-mailing of various records and documents to you.
- Your Electronic Signature
In order to open an account with us, we may require you to sign certain electronic documents using an electronic signature. You acknowledge and agree, as stated in the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, that a signature may not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form. You also acknowledge and agree that a contract relating to a transaction between you and The Debt Solution may not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because an electronic signature or electronic record was used in its formation.
- Paper Copies
You may elect to receive any documents in paper form, even after you have consented to electronic delivery. We will not charge you for paper documents. You must make such a request, specifying the exact documents, in writing to:

- Withdrawal of Consent to Receive Documents Electronically
You may withdraw your consent to the electronic delivery of documents at any time by informing us of your decision. You must allow a reasonable amount of time to make appropriate changes to ensure proper delivery to you through other means. There is no fee for withdrawing your consent. - Hardware and Software Requirements for Electronic Delivery
You must have the following equipment to receive electronic documents from us and, in some cases, provide an electronic signature to a document and return it to us:
- Internet access and a Web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater. The site may not display or function properly with other browsers;
- An e-mail account and software capable of both receiving and sending documents in RTF format;
- A computer with sufficient storage to retain documents you receive from us and software capable of reading PDF files;
- A printer that is capable of printing from your browser and e-mail software.
If a change in hardware or software is needed to access our site, receive documents from us, return documents to us, or retain documents, prominent notice will be displayed on our site before we implement such a change.
- Your Contact Information
You agree to notify us of any changes in your electronic contact information no less than
two weeks prior to any change to give us adequate time to process these changes.
