You can reach our customer service department by phone at (866) 554-9905 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. If all Customer Service Reps are busy, you may be put on hold for a short time. You will be connected to a Customer Service Rep as soon as one becomes available. Please wait for the next available Customer Service Rep. If you cannot hold for the next available Customer Service Rep, press 0 when prompted and the operator will either try to find someone for you or will take a message. We receive our heaviest call volume between 1:30 and 4:30, Pacific Time. Please try to call at other times of the day if you can.
You may also communicate to our Customer Service Department any time of the day or night through the Customer Service section of our website. This is a specially designed system to ensure you get the best possible customer service. It offers several advantages to you over regular e-mail. It utilizes the best possible security technology which means you don't have to worry about what information you're sending us, it will be secure. Each request submitted through this system is tracked to ensure timely response and is also monitored for service quality.

You will also receive reminders and notifications of activities on your debts from our computer systems. These are e-mails that are automatically generated when certain events occur. This is how you will be informed of settlement offers as they are made and many other activities that may occur on your program. If you have spam filters in place on your computer or through your Internet provider, please ensure they are set to allow these e-mails through. Settlements are time sensitive and if there are delays due to our e-mails being blocked, you may lose settlements. That can cost you money.
